H2 Marine Solutions has won the Hydrogen Innovation Award 2023 with the H2-C boat. During the Energy Trade Fair in Den Bosch, Cees van Bladel (director of H2 Marine Solutions) received the award from Alice Krekt, director of the Dutch hydrogen trade association NLHydrogen. The award amounts to 10,000 euros plus 5,000 euros in support services.

In addition to Alice Krekt, the professional jury consisted of Jörg Gigler (TKI New Gas and Top Sector Energy), Helmie Botter (Manager Business Development Hydrogen Gasunie) and Arjan van Ginkel (Endress+Hauser and Dutch Hydrogen and Fuel Cells Association NWBA). In addition to sustainability, the criteria were mainly innovative value, impact and feasibility.
